Day 01: Udaipur

Pickup from Udaipur Airport / Railway Station / Bus Stand by placard carrying driver and transfer to your respected Hotel. Later visit the City Palace, Saheliyon ki Bari and Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal. Evening do a boat ride at Lake Pichhola visiting Jag Mandir . Overnight stay at hotel.

Tourist Places: Lake Palace, City Palace, Jag Mandir, Saheliyon- ki-Bari, Fateh Sagar.

Day 02: Udaipur - Mount Abu
After Breakfast. drive to Mount Abu. On arrival check - in to the hotel. Later full day sightseeing and Overnight stay at Mount Abu hotel.

Day 03: Mount Abu – Ahmedabad(225 kms/ 5 hrs)
After breakfast, we will leave for Ahmedabad. En-route, we will visit the Ambaji temple.
Ambaji temple is situated about 45 km from Mount Abu and is an important temple town with millions of devotees visiting the temple every year. It is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas. The shrine of Amba is regarded as a revered shrine by the Shakta Shaktism sect of Hinduism. It is believed that the Heart of Sati Devi has fallen here.
Thereafter, we will continue our drive to Ahmedabad. On arrival at Ahmedabad,check-in to Hotel. Afternoon visit to Ahmedabad visiting Gandhi Ashram, Hathsingh Jain Temples, Adalaj Stepwell Akshardham Temple at Gandhinagar.Afternoon Free for Shopping.Overnight at Hotel.
Ahmedabad, founded in the year 1411 AD is located on the banks of river Sabarmati. Ahmedabad has been named after Sultan Ahmed Shah, who was primarily responsible for building it. Today, this city is known as the 'Manchester of the East'. One of the highly industrialised cities in India, Ahmedabad is also India's Textile City. The old city of Ahmedabad is dotted with labyrinthine bylanes called 'pols'. The exquisite carved wooden mansions and havelis are in no manner less than their stone counterparts in Rajasthan. The city is full of architectural delights. Though the capital of Gujarat was shifted from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar, it is still the second largest industrial city in western India.

Day 04 : Ahmedabad - Jamnagar (about 315km/6hrs)
Today, proceed to Jamnagar. On arrival visit Lakhota Lake & Lakhota Museum. In the evening, visit Bala Hanuman Temple known for its nonstop Ramdhun since 1956 and it mentioned in Guinness Book of World Records. Evening is free for Shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Jamnagar - Dwarka (about 150km/3hrs)
Today, proceed to the sacred town of Dwarka. Visit Dwarkadeesh Temple. Take a holy dip in Gomti river, later leave to visit Nageshwar Jyotirling, Gopi Talav, Bet Dwarka, and on way back do visit Rukmani Temple, evening visit other temples on coastal area, attend evening aarti at Dwarkadish temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06: Dwarka – Porbandar – Somnath (240 Km) Approx
After breakfast check out from the hotel & drive to Somnath. En-route visits of Porbandar – Kirti Mandir, Sudama Temple. Later continued drive Somnath, visits Famous Somnath Temple, and Bhalka Tirth. Overnight Stay in Hotel at Somnath.

Day 07: Somnath – Sasan Gir - Junagadh (100 km) Approx
After breakfast check out from the hotel & drive to c. Sasan Gir is the home of the Asiatic Lion. Visit Gir Interpretation Zone at Devaliya (During Rain sanctuary will be closed) Later proceed to Junagadh. The ancient city has many eye catching monuments which reminds its great history. Later proceed to visit Uperkot Fort, Ashok Rock Edict, Mahabat Makabara and Junagadh Museum. Overnight Stay in Hotel at Junagadh.

Day 08: Junagarh - Rajkot - Wankaner (160 kms)
After breakfast checkout the hotel and depart by car for Wankaner en route visiting Rajkot. If time permits visit the Watson Museum Located in the pleasant Jubilee garden, Swaminarayan Temples and Gurukul are the places where people of all faith go to seek blessings. On arrival at Wankaner, check in at the hotel. In Wankaner you can Experience mix culture of Saurashtra, North Gujarat and Kutch. Rest of the evening free for leisure and relaxation. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Rajkot was founded in the year 1610 A.D. by Chief Vibhaji Jadeja & Raju Sandhi. Rajkot was once the capital of the princely state of Saurashtra. Today it is best known as the town where Mahatma Gandhi spent the early years of his life when his father was a Diwan or Prime Minister to the king of Saurashtra. Rajkot is famous for its Bandhani Sarees, mirror-work, patchwork, beadwork and silk embroidery.

Day 09: Wankaner - Ahmedabad (211 kms: 5hrs)
After breakfast checkout the hotel and visit the various temples and Ranjit Vilas Palace etc. Drive to Ahmedabad . On arrival at Ahmedabad check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure or you may explore the city on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Ahmedabad
Today after breakfast check out the hotel and visit Gandhi Ashram, Akssardham Temple and Adalaj stepwell. Drop in the evening at airport to board the scheduled flight.

Travel Tips

  • Drive slowly in the Park so that you can see observes and enjoy without disturbing the wildlife.
  • Keep in the specified roads and trails driving off trails you may trample growing trees and cause disturbance to resting animals and their young.
  • Respect the wild animals and maintain a safe distance from them remember you are in their home and they get the first priority.
  • Keep seated in your vehicle at any points in the park it is dangerous to get down. This for your own safety and the safety of wildlife.
  • Do not disappoint if you don't see a Lions. There are many other interesting creatures that are to be seen and cherished.
  • The Park is not zoo: so don't expect to see wildlife everywhere. Gir National Park is breathtaking even in its scenery.
  • Keep the park pollution free. While inside the park please put your non-biodegradable litter (thin cans, plastic, glass bottle, metal foils etc.) into the bag provided and dispose of it on your way out.
  • Please obtain services of Nature Guides that the park has trained for your benefit. They are great help to you in sporting wildlife and ensuring that you not to lose your way in forest.
  • Do not smoke or light campfires in the forest. Accidental fires can destroy this wonderful jungle in no time.
